About

We are delighted to provide organic hay all year around.  We were USDA-certified until October 2015, when the cost of certification in Texas increased, in our case by approximately 50%. We maintained the same organic practices and are willing to get certified again if a customer needs this certification.

We have Jiggs, Costal and Tifton 9.  In 2015 we seeded Cheyenne II on a test lot and harvested it in August 2015.

We also have speciality hay for rabbits, goats and sheep, which consists of a mix of hairy vetch, Austrian peas, winter wheat, jerry oats, rapeseed, red clover and crimson clover.  This type of hay is only available in the spring.

Are you still selling organic hay? I will be coming to College Station in a few weeks and would like 5-6 bales for my garden. Since it won’t be animal feed year old or more is acceptable. What would be the cost?
